Anna is a leadership coach and organizational development expert with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders across Fortune 500 companies, major health systems, universities, and public-sector organizations. She has coached hundreds of leaders in industries including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, energy, retail, food service, technology, financial services, and pharmaceuticals.
Before founding Avenue Leadership Consulting, she held senior Talent Management roles at the Kellogg Company, the University of Virginia, the University of Virginia Health System, and Ascension Health. Her background includes enterprise leadership programs, high-impact team facilitation, and supporting organizations through rapid growth and complex change.
