Anna Luedecking, Ph.D., Certified Coach

Anna’s key interest and expertise is coaching leaders and teams in transition. 

In her previous leadership positions as a coach, professor, facilitator, and organization development consultant she had the opportunity to serve in a variety of industries, including higher-education, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing in Fortune 500 to medium sized companies, in both the private and public sectors. 

Anna’s expertise centers on diagnosing and improving individual and team effectiveness. Prior to co-founding Avenue Leadership, Anna led a large team of internal consultants focused on leadership and culture at the University of Virginia.

She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior from Western Michigan University. She is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.


Utilizing the approaches, techniques, and guidance that Anna gave me, I was able to transform teams from bottom tier to top tier employee engagement within a 2 year time span.
